Netspend
Netspend is a leading provider of Visa® Prepaid debit and, Prepaid Debit MasterCard® products, and commercial prepaid card solutions in the U.S. The company has grown from standard prepaid cards only, and has expanded its reach into payroll, small business, white label (Samsung, PayPal, Brinks, Western Union, United Airlines) and much, much more. The old utility typeface had not kept up with the companies growth, so it was time to update the image. The following images show a before an after rebrand of this national brand.
The New Netspend Identity
Inspired by themes of flexibility, transactions and reloading, the new mark delivers on reinforcing the companies position in the market and providing their customers the confidence of continued growth.
Retail Marketing
Netspend products are in over 130,000 locations across the US. Keeping each location supplied with marketing materials to drive sales is the job of the internal marketing and creative teams. Millions of pieces. Continuous print cycles. Millions of impressions.
Retail J-Hooks. Before and After
The old brand and J-Hook had been in the market for over 5 years. Old. Dated. Filtered out by the consumer. The new design commands attention on a crowded rack and projects a strong new image, reinforcing the Netspend brand.
White Label Partners
Aside from marketing their own products, Netspend white-labels prepaid programs for many well-known brands. All branding, packaging design and marketing design for the white-label partners were either designed by the in-house team or managed through one of our design firm partners.
Netspend.com B2B
Netspend has B2C and B2B products. The B2B business had grown significantly since the creation of the current marketing site, so a redesign/reposition was in order.
Netspend.com B2C
Netspend.com is the company’s direct-to-consumer arm and, as such, relies on organic and paid traffic to drive revenue. Through the branding and redesign effort, we increased organic traffic by 30% YOY, conversion rates by 42%, and bounce rates by 59%. As 80% of our customers use small screens, we redesigned to ensure an optimal experience across all platforms.
